• Use HSK Read lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access in a way that bypasses the plan or access controls.
• Do not use the service to interfere with other learners, probe or defeat security controls, or disrupt the operation of the site.
• You must be legally able to accept these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent for your use of an online service, obtain that consent before creating an account.

HSK Read provides graded Chinese reading material and learning support for personal study. Reading levels, translations, explanations, audio, vocabulary, and exercises are provided for educational use and may contain errors; report an issue through the feedback flow.

Unless we state otherwise, HSK Read content is for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or use site content to build a competing service without permission.

HSK Read's published articles, translations, explanations, vocabulary, exercises, and article audio are reviewed through our editorial workflow for language quality, educational suitability, rights concerns, and usability before publication where applicable. We may correct, restrict, unpublish, or remove content when a review or report identifies a problem.

Learning content and audio may still contain inaccuracies, omissions, or pronunciation issues. Please report problems or safety concerns through the feedback flow or by emailing support@hskread.com.

We may remove violating content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful investigations.

• Do not use HSK Read or submit content to it for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or deceptive activity.
• Do not use the service to create or distribute pornography or other sexual/NSFW content.
• Do not use the service to create or distribute violent or graphic content.
• Do not use the service to create or distribute hate or discriminatory content.
• Do not create or distribute content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children, including child sexual abuse material.
• Do not create or distribute deepfakes, impersonations, or other content intended to mislead people about a real person's identity or actions.
• Do not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights, and do not use the service to create malware, phishing material, or attack tools.
• Do not bypass safety, access, rate, or subscription controls, systematically extract content, or use HSK Read content or outputs to train or develop a competing model or service.

Anyone may report a content, audio, rights, or safety concern by emailing support@hskread.com. Signed-in learners may also use the Feedback page. Please include the relevant article or page link, a description of the concern, and supporting details or screenshots when available.

We log each report, acknowledge receipt, and assess the reported material against these terms and our editorial standards. Reports are prioritized by potential harm: urgent child-safety, credible threats, or other serious risks receive priority review; other reports are reviewed in normal queue order. We may request clarification when the report does not contain enough information.

Where a concern is substantiated, we may correct or annotate the material, restrict access, remove or unpublish it, disable a related feature, warn or suspend an account, terminate access, or refer suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. We will normally notify the reporter of the outcome when we can do so without disclosing confidential information or compromising safety, privacy, or an investigation.

Our target is to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 7 business days. Serious or complex matters may require more time; when appropriate, we will explain the delay and provide an updated expectation.

• Free includes published HSK articles at your level, pinyin, translations, article audio, the Vivi and Mingming voices, the default rounded font, word lookup and saving, and the HSK vocabulary test.
• Pro includes everything in Free, all eight article voices, every reading font, and account-synced voice and font preferences.
• The current Pro price is $2.99 USD per month, $29.99 USD per year, or $89.99 USD as a one-time Lifetime Pro purchase. The selected option, amount, currency, and any applicable checkout total are shown before payment and may be confirmed by Waffo at checkout.

• A Pro subscription becomes available after the payment provider confirms activation. Successful renewal events extend the current subscription period. Lifetime Pro is a separate one-time purchase and does not renew.
• If you cancel, the subscription may remain active until the end of the current paid period. No new renewal should be charged after the cancellation takes effect, subject to Waffo's applicable subscription terms.
• If a payment fails, a subscription expires, or the subscription is canceled, HSK Read may treat the account as Free. Pro-only voices and fonts will then be unavailable, and any saved Pro voice or font preference will automatically return to the default voice or default rounded font.
• Your subscription page may show the current plan, status, billing cycle, period dates, and subscription history. The status and access shown in HSK Read are based on the subscription information received and verified from Waffo.

Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for HSK Read subscriptions. Waffo processes payment, billing, applicable tax handling, invoices or receipts, and Merchant of Record customer support for payment-related matters. HSK Read handles product functionality, learning content, account access, and subscription access within the app.

Refund eligibility is determined by the refund policy and terms shown by Waffo at checkout, together with any rights required by applicable law. For an invoice, payment-method question, refund request, chargeback, or other transaction issue, use Waffo's transaction support channels. For an issue with HSK Read functionality, content, account access, or the application of Pro access, contact HSK Read through the Contact page.

Features, content, plan benefits, and availability may change as HSK Read is maintained and improved. We may remove content that is unpublished, inaccurate, or no longer supported. If we materially change paid plan benefits or pricing, the Pricing page and checkout flow will show the applicable information before a new purchase or renewal where required.

Waffo's checkout, payment, billing, refund, and transaction services are subject to Waffo's own terms and policies. HSK Read is provided for educational reading practice on an as-available basis. It is not an official HSK examination, certificate, translation service, or professional advice. We do not guarantee that every article, translation, exercise, or audio output will be complete, accurate, or continuously available.

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address fraud or abuse, or respond to a material breach of these terms. You may delete your account from the Account area. Account deletion and any retention of transaction records are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Waffo's applicable policies.
